Attention Builders and Lot Owners - Architectural Review Committee (ARC): Each home in the subdivision must submit the following to the ARC prior to commencing construction:

* Home Elevation

* Site layout

* Building materials/exterior colors

* Finished Floor Elevation

* Exterior lighting plan
